Batch Export

Export items is the feature to extract specific items information in an excel file. This is a batch operation done from the list view. You'll find the download button in the top-right corner of the page. Under that menu you'll find Export Items.

Let's click and the export-items widget will pop up. In the widget there's three options you can customize and and download the items information

• You can download all the items of that list-view or only the selected items that you can search/filter to multi-select your desired items from the list-view and those you will see under Selected

• You can customise the attributes of the items that you want to download only. You can choose either the Visible attributes or all of them

• Also you can do the same for the annotations like the attributes, download only the visible columns or all the columns associated to the data-model
