Workflow Management

LabID provides convenient functionalities for workflow management, covering traditional workflow platforms (Galaxy, Snakemake, Nextflow) to simpler scripts and notebooks.

Key functionalties include :
- import/export of workflows and workflow runs from/to other platforms
- registration of workflow runs : keep track of which version of a workflow was used with which data
- workflow versioning : keep an overview of the versions you developed and facilitate collaboration between developers and users of workflows
